We do appreciate your interest in our meadery! This is a waiting list for our annual membership that will renew in Feb of 2024. Being a member of the club ensures that you will have access to bottles that never get released to go to the public! Some will be Barrel aged and some will not. The number to dial it in will be tough but we will guarantee atleast 4 Barrel Aged member only bottles. It will likely be more but not guaranteed.  We will do everything we can to make sure that we can make members as happy as possible along the way!

CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

One year commitment for all members. All sales are final

all orders will be local pick up only and must pickup within 30 days. . We would love to hold it forever for you but we don’t have the space! It takes up ALOT! 

membership is valid through Feb 2024. There is a chance that all 10 bottles will before then but we will space them out!

Burnt Barrel Meadery retains, at its sole and unconditional discretion. The right to cancel membership and refund the prorated remainder of the membership fee for any reason at any time.

Burnt Barrel Meadery reserves the right to offer any unsold member releases or member only bottles for public sale on tap or for on site consumption at the tasting room.

FAQ

Q. I'd like to pick up my club releases at the meadery...how do I make that happen?

A. All releases will be avail to pick up once there is a post or email sent out. You will need to give name or member number to pick up so we can keep track of all orders. 

 Q. What will be included in quarterly releases?

A. Quarterly releases will include a selection of mead batches chosen by the us when they are ready.  Releases will include a mix of of fan favorites and new stuff that we think you guys will enjoy. Alot of fun stuff this year since it will all be member only bottles! We will make sure to mix things up throughout the year to provide a unique variety of meads that span the category with different styles.  You may receive the same mead more than once on occasion if it is BA vs non BA but only styles that we all loved or that we feel you'll for sure want more of and asked us to make again!

 Q. When/How do I pay?

A.  The Mead Club is $350 to join.  You're only billed at the time of enrollment.  We will send out an email or post in the facebook group in advance and let you know that your package of mead is ready along with many other updates in the member only FB group.
