Welcome to Burnt Barrel Meadery & Distillery, located in the beautiful Lake St. Louis, MO! We are proud to offer handcrafted mead beverages that are made right here at our facility.


Mead, also known as honey wine, is an ancient beverage that has been enjoyed for centuries. At Burnt Barrel Meadery & Distillery, we use only the highest quality ingredients to create our meads. We source our honey from local beekeepers and use a variety of fruits and spices to add unique flavors to our meads.

Our meadery and distillery are open to the public, and we invite you to come and see how we make our delicious meads. Our knowledgeable staff is always happy to answer any questions you may have and guide you through the tasting experience. We offer a variety of meads, from dry to sweet, and everything in between.


In addition to our meads, we also offer a selection of distilled spirits, including whiskey, gin, and vodka. Our spirits are made with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality as our meads.
